Key Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Potato, Tamarind paste, Jaggery powder, Ghee, Curd, Spices, Malabar spice blend (in-house), Red chili, Water, Oil (Sunflower & Palm fruit), Salt, Sugar
Preservative: INS211, INS202
How to use: Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a pan. Add chopped green chili and garlic (optional). Saute. Add 500gm of cooked diced vegetables/ chicken cubes/paneer cubes for every 200 gm of Gravy.
- Stir fry: Add ¼ cup of water. Stir for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Serve hot.
- Curry: Add 2 cups of water. Cook for 6-8 mins. Simmer at low flame for minutes till gravy thickens to desired consistency. Serve hot with rice chapati/naan.
How-to store: Best before 6 months from manufacturing (Unrefrigerated). Refrigerate after opening and Consume within 7 days.
