How to use: Cooking instructions:
Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a pan. Add chopped green chili and garlic (optional). Saute. Add 500gm of cooked diced vegetables/ chicken cubes/paneer cubes. Empty the entire content of the gravy jar.
- Stir fry: Add ¼ cup of water. Stir for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Serve hot.
- Curry: Add 2 cups of water. Cook for 6-8 mins. Simmer at low flame for minutes till gravy thickens to desired consistency. Serve hot with rice chapati/naan.
