● 8 pieces of Idlis cut lengthwise 
● ½ tsp mustard seeds
● ½ Cup Whole  dry  Kashmiri Red Chillies
● ¼ jar of Kalchi Kadhai Chicken Spread
● Salt to Taste


● Take a pan add oil, heat it up then put few curry leaves, mustard seeds & Red chillies
● Add the Kalchi Kadhai Chicken Spread
● Toss the cut idlis.
● The dish is ready to serve with a dip of your choice( optional)
