● Dosa batter: 3 tbsp
● Kalchi Malabar Paneer Spread : 3 tbsp
● Oil / Ghee
● Water


● Heat a round non-stick pan for 30 secs on low heat.
● Oil the pan & Spread 1.5 tbsp of the dosa batter.
● Once the dosa is near done, spread Kalchi Chicken Chettinad spread on the dosa.
● Fold the dosa into half and allow it to cook on low flame for a minute..
● Serve dosa hot with your choice of coconut chutney /Kalchi Malabar Dip/ sambhar.
