Ingredients

● Cooked Rice(Basmati rice or long grained): 2 cups
● Chettinad Chicken Spread: 1/2 jar
● Peas: ½ cup
● Coriander: ½ cup
● Deep Fried Onion Slices: ½ cup
● Oil: 1 tbsp

Directions

● Heat oil and toss the peas.
● Add Kalchi Chettinad chicken spread and stir for one minute.
● Mix leftover cooked rice to the mixture to prepare the Biriyani.
● Garnish with fried onion and coriander.
● Serve with raita or salad.
